La Ferme Nos Pilifs, what is it?
Founded in 1984 and located in Brussels, La Ferme Nos Pilifs offers sustainable food through local products produced under ethical and environmentally friendly social conditions.
Its project is twofold: both ecological by proposing sustainable food, and social by offering meaningful employment to workers with disabilities. Indeed, the farm promotes values of integrity by employing 180 people, 140 of whom are disabled.
We decided to collaborate with this local farm because we share many values together. For example, ensuring sustainability and keeping a circular economy at the centre of their practices are values that we particularly emphasise through our Circulo project. La Ferme Nos Pilifs also supports adaptation, innovation, local anchoring and a global vision, ecology and economy, through organic products and ethical work.
And a little extra: Courses for children are offered at La Ferme Nos Pilifs during the school holidays, an opportunity to experience a real immersion in the farm environment and to learn how to welcome the difference.

About our Circulo coffee breaks…
During your meetings and events at Hilton Brussels Grand Place, we offer you the Circulo coffee breaks.
These breaks have been designed by Chef Vincent Masson and his team, inspired by mandalas and keeping a circular economy in mind. Mandalas are beautiful circular figures with symmetrical elements and come from Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language, which means “magic circle”. They serve as inspiration, promote concentration and stimulate creativity.
During these coffee breaks, sit or stand around a table, discuss strategies, visions, missions, and spend some quality time together. The ingredients offered during Circulo breaks are local resourced from farm to fork, to act together for a more sustainable future.
