Festival Couleur Café
Let’s travel around the world with the cosmopolitan festival Couleur Café. Dive into the heart of this urban contemporary music festival to assist to more than 60 concerts of all music types: rock, hip hop, soul, funk, latino, jazz, reggae…You will discover young designers market, cocktail bars with live DJ’s, free dancing classes, brass bands, and around 50 cuisine stalls offering food from various countries.

Kunstenfestivaldesarts
Interested in contemporary art? Kunstenfestivaldesarts is a celebration of today’s new artistic work. Discover creations from Belgian and international artists, which invite you to think about an artistic vision of today’s world. This festival includes several disciplines and exhibitions: theatre, dance, performances, films, lectures, workshops and visual arts.

The Royal Greenhouses of Laeken
Each year, for about three weeks in spring, the Royal Greenhouses of Laeken are open to the public. It is a century-long tradition, during which you will have the chance to discover the magistral architecture of Alphonse Balat, the professor of Victor Horta, as well as an exceptional floral collection. In fact, you can admire original plantations of King Leopold II, as well as rare and valuable plants.

Art Brussels
Art Brussels is one of the most renowned contemporary art fairs in Europe, with over 150 galleries representing 26 countries. Jazz festival
The Brussels Jazz Festival is the annual meeting place for all jazz lovers. Being the Europe’s largest jazz festival, it is a real musical trip of discovery. With more than 200 free concerts, you will have the opportunity to explore the city with sounds of jazz in all its forms: swing, blues, bebop, rock, world music… This year, the spotlight is on Toots Thielemans, the jazz legend from Brussels who would have turned 100 this year.

Collectible
Interested in 21st Century design, or curious to discover it? Visit Collectible Design Fair in a unique atmosphere, and push the boundaries of creativity. Launched in 2018, it is an example of change in design world. This fair mixes art and design by exhibiting unique contemporary pieces and limited editions. You will have the opportunity to acquire them, and exchange around unpublished projects.

Fête de l’Iris
A key event of the year in Brussels, the Iris Festival is an opportunity to celebrate the anniversary of the Brussels-Capital Region, which is celebrating its 33rd anniversary this year, and of which the iris is the symbol. Twenty 20th century art fair

20 km de Bruxelles
This 20km running race is made for you. Connecting different mythical monuments in Brussels, almost 40,000 runners and participants with disabilities take part in the event each year. The first edition of the race took place in 1980. It is not only a sporting event, but also a charity event, as it is an opportunity to raise funds for humanitarian projects. Do you prefer to walk? Don’t worry, there is also a start for walkers.

Brafa Art fair
Last but not least… Have you every heard about this must-see of the art market? Created in 1956, Brafa is one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious art fairs. With around 68,000 visitors each year, the fair is deemed for its high quality of the antiquities. In fact, rare pieces dating from the Bronze Age are exhibited, covering 5000 years of history. You will have the opportunity to discover 15 countries through archaeology, jewellery, drawings, books, sculpture, photography, and many others. Will you join the event?
